Whether you’re looking to become a patient at the Sundridge & District Medical Centre or searching for helpful community health resources, you’re in the right place. Below you’ll find everything you need to access care and support in our region.

Become a Patient

We currently have a waitlist for new patients. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner, you can register through Health Care Connect. This program helps connect people who do not have a primary care provider with one in their community. To get started, visit the Health Care Connect website and complete the online registration.

There was an issue connecting to your network. Check your connection and try again.
