Please contact your pharmacy to initiate a renewal.
Bloodwork and an office visit may be required prior to dispensing certain medications.
Northern Travel Grants:
As of December 1, 2024, travel grants are no longer available at the Medical Centre as your primary care provider does not need to sign them. If you need assistance printing the form, please visit the Sundridge Library.
